Nate

Last weekend I went with friends to pick out pumpkins and while there, took a few pictures of a handsome little guy named Nathaniel. He was quite a character, and I discovered that you really can't take a bad picture of him! Have you ever seen eyes so blue?

Maggie & George

Here are two of my favorite dogs: George, my 5 month old boxer puppy, and Maggie, my parents' 15 month old border collie. George is your typical playful boxer but Maggie could run circles around him with her crazy border collie energy. They are both so much fun to shoot (photographs, photographs) and they always bring everyone a few laughs.

Last Days of Summer

One of the great things about photography is that you can save and savor those pieces of nature that are sure to fade away with the changing seasons and passing days. I couldn't resist adding a few of my favorites from the summer!

Rob & Tara @ Vedauwoo

During August I went with good friends Rob and Tara to take a few pictures of them in their natural state: climbing and enjoying the perfect Vedauwoo weather together.

Baker Farms

Owners of Baker Farms, Dennis and Terry, a.k.a. Mom and Dad, allowed me to interrupt their busy summer schedule to capture pieces of their livelihood: the farm itself, Terry's breads, and themselves. I thoroughly enjoyed the photoshoot and look forward to many more with them!

Doug & Lacey

During a weekend visit to Wyoming I took some pictures of Doug and my soon-to-be sister-in-law Lacey, a vibrant couple with a wonderful future ahead of them (they are newly engaged~congrats you two!).

Dianne in Denver

I am so lucky to have such a beautiful sister who loves to be photographed (the camera loves her, too)!! Dianne made a visit to Denver this August before moving to Anchorage. While she was here, we had some fun in the city and did a few photoshoots.

Andy & Ty @ Mt. Elbert

I went with Andy and Ty to Mt. Elbert in August, and along the hiking trip broke out the camera. We were fortunate to have great weather and a great view.
